IN THE SAUNA CENTRE you can select among 2 aroma saunas, a sanarium, three Finnish saunas with different temperatures, an aroma steam sauna, steam and salt sauna, infrared sauna, cold water pool or a warm relaxation bench with a view to the idyllic park.

• Sanarium (+42C°)
Sanarium is a sauna for relaxation which uses a lower heat and the air is scented with menthol.
 It has a soothing, intoxicating and refreshing effect

• Steam saunas (+100C°)
Leaves a really positive impact on body and soul. Intoxicates and rejuvenates.

• Steam sauna (+85C°)
For clients who cannot take high temperatures – kids, women, the elderly.
Reduces tiredness and cleanses the senses.

• Salt sauna (+45C°)
A rubbing with sea salt in a steam sauna works like an exfoliating treatment and leaves you with skin that is silky smooth. Improves skin texture, tone and elasticity. Salt steam sauna is the easiest and most convenient way to get rid of toxins accumulating in your body.

• Aroma steam sauna (+45C°)
Steam is a great means for cleansing your skin. It opens up pores of your skin and residual substances are removed from body through sweat glands. Improves skin texture, tone and elasticity. Eucalyptus scented steam room relieves of exhaustion. Improves blood supply and speeds up metabolism.

• Salt -steam sauna (+42C°)
Salt -steam sauna improves the blood supply of skin, reduces swelling and has an overall refreshing effect.
The fact that salt is sprayed into the air together with steam makes Aqva salt sauna special.

• Infrared sauna (+38C°)
Infrared sauna works by emitting a so-called far infrared lights to provide heat to the sauna user.
Specially constructed sauna allows the harmless radiation penetrate the tissues of a human body, warming up the organs, stimulating blood supply and metabolism, removes toxins and enhances the immune system.

• Caldarium (+36C°)
A room for relaxation on a warm bench.

Cold and warm water path
The client is walking alternately in pools of warm and cold water, on the pebbles of various size and texture. You experience an acupressure massage with excellent healing effect.
