The monthly card becomes valid 24 hours after purchase.

The monthly card is valid for 30 days.

Children under the age of 12 cannot enter the water park and sauna centre without a companion.

The validity period of the card is not extended due to illness of the cardholder or due to another reason beyond the control of Aqva Hotel & Spa.
